Parris Island Cos is a quick maturing variety grown for both baby leaf and full size heads.

Mature Parris Island Cos has large, dark green, crinkled leaves surrounding a white, crisp and sweet head.

Use in salads, sandwiches or as a wrap for other fillings.

For the more adventurous, cut the head in half and grill to bring out the sweetness.
