Basil is an easy herb to plant from seed and is a staple of many summer vegetable and herb gardens. Easily grown in both pots and open garden spaces, its zesty basil flavour is perfect for jazzing up salads, sauces and is best friends with tomatoes!
As a proud member of the Lamiaceae family, basil not only adds flavour to your dishes but also attracts essential pollinators with its white and green flower spikes. Unlock the full potential of your basil by regularly planting seeds and harvesting regularly to promote new and robust growth.
