Purple Sprouting Broccoli seeds

Few vegetables are as colourful as Purple Sprouting Broccoli, its brilliant purple colouring seems more at home in a flower garden than a veggie patch.

A late season variety producing multiple small, purple coloured and mild flavoured heads with blue-green leaves.

To encourage more stems and a longer harvest period regularly cut small heads.

To retain colour use raw, in stir fries or slightly blanched.
